Idk who needs to hear this, (BESIDES ME 🥹), but One thing to remember on your weight loss journey, is to never compare yours to others!!! Will it be tough to wonder why you’ve lost 35 pounds in one year, while others lost it in months? YES! 😭 But don’t let that stop you from your goal!!! Just because others are losing weight faster, doesn’t mean we aren’t losing any at all!!!! Keep making time for the gym, or even walking in nature for free!!!
