Matcha chia seed pudding of your dreams! The perfect treat to satisfy your sweet tooth, or the perfect meal prep for a balanced breakfast.
Ingredients
- 2 C Unsweetened nut milk
- 3 T Kroma Beauty Matcha
- 1/3 C Chia seeds
- 2 T Maple syrup or honey
- 1/4 C Mixed Berries of choice
- 1 T Hemp seeds
How To:
1. In a large bowl whisk together almond milk, maple syrup, and matcha.
2. Stir in chia seeds. Let mixture sit for 15 minutes, stir again.
3. Pour into 4 half-pint Mason jars or ramekins.
4. Refrigerate, covered, until thickened, at least 2 hours.
5. Top with your favorite superfoods. We added hemp seeds, pureed strawberries, and Kroma OMG Cookie Butter.
