#MasaomiYasunaga's debut New York exhibition, 'Looking Afar / 遠くを見る' continues in New York through 15 October. Featuring a body of over 50 new, experimental ceramic works, created using only glaze, the exhibition's display mirrors the point in Yasunaga's process at which his vessels are excavated from their beds of sand and kaolin, in a studio process analogous to archaeological excavation and discovery.
