IF NOT NOW! WHEN? I had no idea what would happen when I decided to come on Instagram at 55. I knew I wanted to tell my story about how @50, I felt completely deflated due to the harsh reality of menopause and facial collapse due to accumulated sun damage, bone & fatpad loss plus depleted estrogen, as well as the onset of debilitating anxiety. I chose to “pro-age” I’m my own way (certainly not “the” only way). I began with what was looking at me in the mirror every day - facial rejuvenation. It’s certainly not everyone’s way to pro-age; but it was the start of my journey which then led to a focus on sleep, eating well, stress reduction and lots of time with family.
