Pay close attention here and SHARE these tips with a friend in the industry you care about! 1) Use a product with a Bonding agent inside. I used Matrix Lightmaster with Bond to lighten her up. 2) Teamwork makes the dream work! Work with a assistant or another stylist and double team the application for consistent lightening from from to back and left to right! She had a TON of hair! 3) Slow and Steady wins the race! Start with a low volume developer and mix as you go to keep it as active as possible! Lightener tends to not give you the best lift after it’s been sitting more than 20/30 minutes! Mix as you go for best results. 4) Saturation is key!!! Believe it or not, we used an entire half large tub of Matrix Lightmaster with Bond on her! That is how saturated you need to apply. 5) Talk to your guest about home maintenance to preserve the bond and add moisture to their hair post service treatment. Why spend that much time and money if you’re not going to protect your investment??
