due to the circumstances which left me with no ability to wrestle in states my senior year and completely devastated. I learned a lesson to never take anything in this sport for granted. Through the many highs and the lows of my high school career, I wish i was able to do it all over again. I am insanely grateful for the opportunities, the memories, mentors, and friends that wrestling has given me and the person it has shaped me to be. From being the youngest girl in long island pulled up to wrestle boys varsity in 7th grade, to now having girls wrestling sanctioned in new york. I am so honored to have been a part of the growth of female wrestling. Thank you to my family, coaches, and teammates for always pushing me to be the best version of myself and believing in me when i didn’t have the confidence to. Most importantly, Thank you Rocky Point Wrestling for making my goals and accomplishments possible, and giving me the best 9 years of my life. Forever my second family.
