Two chefs worked hand-in-hand on a special menu served at @solasoho for a delightful combination of Maltese and British culinary delights ✨ At the 1-MICHELIN Star restaurant SO|LA in London, UK, Chef Victor Garvey offers Californian cuisine using first-rate ingredients. A great deal of thought goes into the eye-catching presentation! Meanwhile, as a tailor would create something exquisite from cloth, Maltese Chef @victorborg74, who heads 1-MICHELIN-Star restaurant @undergrain_vlt does the same with fine ingredients, skillfully applying his talent to produce a beautiful end product. 
Both chefs joined forces the kitchen for a fabulous four-hands dinner mixing Maltese and British culinary specialties.
