MULLED VERMOUTH β¬οΈ
Recipe:
Add 250 ml of Rosso vermouth to a pot and let it simmer for 15 minutes with 20g of light brown sugar, 2 cinnamon sticks, 5 cloves, 1 star anise, 1/2 grated nutmeg, a pinch of all spice and the rind from a mandarin or clementine. Strain the Vermouth into a bottle and either serve hot into a dessert wine glass or use to make festive negronis. π
