@andersonhallofficial 🤝🏾 today we went a little off script, had to put in extra work because the cheat meal this weekend was serious 🤣
1 minutes each movement w/ 60 seconds off preferably.. if needed rest for 2 minutes, but nothing more! Move at your own pace & don’t drop the weight until it’s over!
Exercise 1 is a super set (ropes & push-ups right after for 20 reps)
