2022 Annual General Meeting Announcement The Board and Staff of M:ST Performative Art are pleased to invite society members and interested members of the public to our Annual General Meeting. Date: Thursday, Jul 7, 2022 Time: 7:00pm - 8:30pm Location: Online (A Zoom link will be sent ahead of time to those who register.) Additional information will be sent out prior to the meeting: draft audited financial statements, staff and board reports, and minutes from the 2021 AGM. *Register for the AGM Here* Proposed agenda (7:00pm start): Land acknowledgement 5 min Introductions Overview of virtual meeting processes and expectations Opening prayer (the prayer is an extension of our land acknowledgement) Stretches Adopting the agenda Adopting the minutes of the last AGM Considering the President’s report ~Break~ Presentation of the Staff reports Approving the year end financial statements Appointing the auditors for the following fiscal year Electing the Members of the Board of Directors Adjourn Please note voting rights are reserved for members in good standing. Annual membership can be purchased/renewed by anyone for a donation of $1. You can pay with visa or mastercard on our website, or use visa debit on our Canada Helps page. Canada Helps requires a minimum payment of $3. If you don’t have access to online payment, we can make an alternative arrangement. Voting rights are not required to attend the AGM.
