In less than a week we swam with sea turtles in turquoise waters, hiked to waterfalls, embraced our inner City Slickers and rode horses for the first time (on the beach!), kayaked to little islands, ate the freshest seafood and fruit imaginable and were totally in awe and humbled by the powerful north shore.
