When i designed this i wanted to create a program that challenged every fiber in your body. This program was unapologetic and tough!! It was about pushing your limits and showing you what you’re capable of doing! Every day it was psychological warfare, a.k.a. death by reps and y’all kept showing up and getting stronger.
