Today marks 23 years of @melisserestaurant. I was 31 years old when I opened Mélisse, and it is humbling to look back on how the restaurant has evolved over the years. I am thankful for our 23rd year and for the hard work that the teams, both past and present, have put in to get us to this point, and grateful for all of the guests that have dined and celebrated milestones with us over the years.
