As a young athlete, developing your body is like building a house. Start with a sound foundation or else you’ll be setting yourself up for problems down the road.
It is very important for young & all athletes to to be able to master prime movements such as:
1. Squat
2. Hinge (demonstrated in video)
3. Push-Up
4. Pull- up
5. Lunge
6. Rotate/twist
7. Gait (running mechanics)
