CHICKEN PANANG CURRY ... A personal favourite of the Thai curries! Finding the perfect balance of all the fragrant herbs and spices. The first time making panang curry paste and a few tweaks to be made next time to ramp up the heat, but the sweetness and the nuttiness were ace!
