Seriously delicious chicken burger using @eatroyo low carb high fiber burger buns! (PURELYHL for discount!)
Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 tsp of garlic
- 1 lime
- 1 pack of stevia
- 1/8 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tbsp of coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp of hot sauce
- 3/4 cup of pork panko
- 4 @eatroyo low carb burger buns
- Pickles, lettuce and sliced tomatoes for serving
- 8 slices of cheese
Instructions
1. Mix the chicken with coconut aminos, pepper, garlic, lime, stevia and hot sauce.
2. Cover them in pork panko and air fry for 25 minutes at 355F. (Or bake for 35 minutes at 350F.)
3. Serve on a warm bun with pickles, lettuce, tomatoes and melting cheese.
