One of the things im most proud of with my training philosophy is injury prevention (Built to last) & the lack of injuries I have (barring contact injuries from jiu jitsu etc). I’ve been training decades & live my life injury free.
I take my time & enjoy sessions & warm ups where we concentrate on preserving muscles & the function of joints.
Here’s some of the exercises I did today to finish my shoulder session.
