I am posting today to share with you all that as of 3/26/22 I will no longer be working behind the chair. All day I have been trying to come up with the words to summarize the 12 years I have spent as a hairdresser and instead all I found myself doing was taking a walk down memory lane looking at photos of all the memories I’ve made with the people I met along the way. (Enjoy that first one of 19 year old Kayci ready to graduate beauty school! 🤣) Of course, I love creating and making people feel confident as F*@K but it was always the people I got to meet, the laughs I shared, and the relationships I built that made me love my job the most. Each and every client, coworker, boss and mentor I’ve had has helped me grow so much professionally and personally. Thank you for all that you have shared with me. I cannot thank my family, friends, and partner enough for believing in me and having my back every step of the way. I am forever grateful for the love and support I have been shown in and out of the salon. With that being said, I am incredibly proud to announce that I am joining the R+Co team as a Brand Manager! If you’ve been in my chair lately you know that I’m incredibly passionate about this brand. This is a DREAM role for me, and I am so excited to be part of the hair industry in a new way. I look forward to building new relationships and seeing what this next chapter holds! Now for logistics as I’m sure many of you are quite shocked, but I have your back! If you have an appointment booked with me after 3/26 I will be in touch about rescheduling you before that date or getting you scheduled with a stylist I recommend. If I haven’t already I will be in touch with all current clients about who I am referring you to and I promise you will be well taken care of!
