As you all probably know, I love a challenge. Tomorrow I will be starting my 5am wake ups every single day. I have always been an early riser but this will be a habit that I want to form every day of the week, 7 days a week. Now with my clinic in Ascot, I have no reason to wake up so early as my commute is much less, but for me, this is about discipline. I have read many books about success and habit forming. Many studies have shown that it takes 66 days for a new behaviour to become automatic. I’m going to do this religiously, come rain or shine, day off or day at work, every single day. I’m going to hold myself accountable every day to you all, and will need your support, especially through the dark and rainy mornings! This is all part of becoming the best version of myself.
