@caroznilsson is an incredible artist, and teacher! She began our evening with a meditation session to help us get in touch with our bodies. This was an amazing way to take focus away from fact and perfection our painting, and instead use how we felt and how the painting spoke to us. Everyone's pieces turned out beautifully; we just love our Alta community!
