Celebrating one year of sobriety 🦋 forever grateful for the support around me on this odyssey called life, especially from this one. & for those who are on a similar voyage: Just keep going. It took me years to get to the point where I was done with my own bull$hit excuses. Admitting you have a problem is the first step. I specifically struggled with Alcohol abuse mixed with anything that could make me feel momentarily “happy” {ecstasy/upper pills} The truth is I was just numbing the sadness- which only prolonged it (conundrum!?) It took getting silent to realize happiness already intrinsically was within me - I just had to clear the energies and listen closely🌱 so goodluck to all the other fighters out there, I’m sending you all strength, love & light.
