You might’ve been to a Korean-Japanese restaurant, or a Thai-Japanese restaurant—but how about a Vietnamese-Japanese restaurant? 😯 It exists, and it’s worth the drive to check out! 👉🏼 We went to @SaikyoKitchen in Odessa over the weekend, and we were pretty impressed! Both the Japanese and the Vietnamese fare were flavorful and on point—my only feedback is that their sushi rice was a little too soft. The right sushi rice texture would’ve made it a perfect experience, as the fish was super fresh and the sushi combinations were really good! They are working on getting their alcohol license, but in the meantime, you can stop by @BruGrowler next door and bring over glasses of craft beer or kombucha.⁣ ⁣ We really enjoyed everything pictured here—not pictured worth mentioning is the Spicy Miso Ramen.
