What makes the food at Valla Table so special is that they pay homage to the ingredients and flavors they grew up with 🇹🇭 This is one of my favorite restaurants in NYC. In my opinion, Valla Table (📍641 10th Ave, New York, NY), makes some of the most delicious Thai food in all of NYC. However, I wanted to focus on their Khao Soi, because the noodles and broth really stand out. Chuck and his team import their Khao Soi noodles from Chang Mai. As a result, the noodles have a different “life” to them. Extremely bouncy and perfectly chewy.
