Nashville Hot Chicken Rolls! To celebrate National Hot Dog Day we decided to something different using @stpierreusa Brioche Hot Dog Buns. We started with making the breading by using @meatchurch Chicken Fried Breading and adding some Holy Voodoo to spice it up a bit. (Sub some seasoned flour). For the dredge we mixed 2 eggs, 1C buttermilk and some more Holy Voodoo. Dunk your chicken tenders into the dredge then the breading. Place these into 325-350F oil and fry till golden brown and crispy. For the hot oil we mixed 2T cayenne pepper, 2T brown sugar 1T Holy Voodoo and 1C of hot oil from the fryer. Coat your chicken and let’s build the sandwich! We started with the @stpierreusa Brioche Hot Dog Buns. Put some mayonnaise, pickles and the chicken.
