💫SmartSweets Caramel Coconut Cookie Dough Bars💫 Recipe 👇 🍌 2 ripe bananas 🥛 1/2 cup plant milk 😋 3 #medjooldates, pitted 🥜 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter 💜 24 SmartSweets Caramels unwrapped 🥥 3/4 cup coconut flour 🥣 1/2 cup granola 1. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. In a vitamix, combine bananas, milk, nut butter, and dates. Blend on high until pureed smooth. 2. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together liquid mixture with coconut fllour until a dough like texture is achieved. Press mixture into prepared baking dish. 3. In a microwave safe bowl, microwave caramels for 30 seconds. Stir and microwave in 15 second intervals until melted and spreadable. 4. Pour caramel over the cookie dough base and spread to evenly coat. 5. Sprinkle granola on top and lightly press down on it so it sticks to the caramel. 6. Place dish in the freezer for at least 2 hours to set. Leave out of the freezer for a few minutes when you’re ready to slice into 9 bars. Store in the fridge!
