Dig a little deeper. Speak truth to what you’re REALLY longing for. I lost the weight. Then realized the weight was not really what I wanted. I wanted to feel worthy. I wanted to feel more deserving of love. I lose the weight. Then realized it brought me none of those things. I realized my body was never the problem - only my beliefs about my body were. The truth is, I’m learning almost all of us have to go through this journey in order to realize our bodies have nothing to do with it. That we were taught it would bring freedom, happiness and more love - but it’s just a distraction. I can share my journey, we can read about others who have been on it - but sometimes we must walk down the road ourselves and learn it on our own terms. I know I did.
