Smoked Meatball Parmesan! So easy and delicious. For the meatballs, we mixed 1lb of @swift__meats ground pork, 1lb ground beef (80/20), 1/2c Parmesan cheese, 1c @baconsheir pork panko, 1T @meatchurch Garlic and Herb, 2T Italian seasoning and 2 eggs. Form into 4oz balls and put on a wire rack. We fired up the @traegergrills to 400F and smoked with @bearmountainbbq Pecan Pellets. After 45min, when the internal temperature was 165F we pulled them off and put them in our @finexcookware 12” skillet, coated them with a good-quality San Marzano marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Back in the smoker for 15min until the cheese melted. This can be poured over pasta, or eaten straight from the dish.
