7 weeks out from a StrongLifting competition after a whirlwind of a year last year. I’m so excited to get back into my sport and do what I love! Here’s a little behind the scenes of what my first day training for StrongLifting looked like. I was able to hip thrust 425X1 and back squat 175X1 (first attempt heavy back squatting in 5+ months).
