#Divorce For the past 5 years I’ve made my life completely public on social media as a blogger. All the highs, lows, and everything in between have been documented with you all and I’ve appreciated every ounce of support from this amazing community. There are certain things I’ve held off from sharing recently. But if there’s one thing I’ve learned from this platform, it’s that there is nothing like receiving support from people who have been through the same challenges. The truth is that I’m going through a divorce. It’s not something that I ever expected, and the how’s and why’s behind it are not relevant right now and will not be shared. For the longest time, I felt incredibly ashamed. Feelings of failure and guilt consumed me. But after slowly opening up to women in similar situations, I’ve found an amazing tribe of queens who have lifted me up when I felt like I was at my lowest. So this is me being completely vulnerable, but it’s never felt so liberating 🙏 Love yourself first. Take responsibility for your own happiness❤️ Never put it in other people’s hands.
