Today’s lesson & practice wasn’t just in the physical sense. As often as I find when I do these privates (never enough) As much as I learn about the physical body, muscle activation, technique, intention. So much more is gained in the mental & spiritual sense of seeing more paths open up before me I wasn’t even aware of. I just needed an experienced guide & yoga teacher to simply open my eyes & body up to new possibilities. This is always a humbling situation that leads to setting my soul ablaze once more. To keep the evolutionary process going down a path that now has new paths for me.
