I plan to do a better job of showing you guys HOW I actually train my glutes to both grow and shape them!
I do a lot of filming in my apartment so I canβt always show my heavy weight training, which is essential for glute growth.
I lift heavy 2x a week and I usually do high volume mixed with some bodyweight to help activate my glutes. I also ALWAYS stretch the area Iβm training as part of the circuit to help get deeper range of motion and better results!
Hereβs my GO-TO glute circuit I do at least once a week:
π10 RDLβs (using 35lb set)
π15 squat pulses (using a 70lb dumbbell)
π10 weighted bent-knee kickbacks (using a 10lb kettlebell)
π10 lateral split squats (using a 70lb dumbbell)
π15 kickbacks
π1 half pigeon pose
Repeat 4x
