I plan to do a better job of showing you guys HOW I actually train my glutes to both grow and shape them! I do a lot of filming in my apartment so I can’t always show my heavy weight training, which is essential for glute growth. I lift heavy 2x a week and I usually do high volume mixed with some bodyweight to help activate my glutes. I also ALWAYS stretch the area I’m training as part of the circuit to help get deeper range of motion and better results!
