We had such a great time last weekend with our friends at Camp Nomad. We were serving out good cocktails and good vibes. If you weren’t around to catch a drink, you can make your very own Nomatador at home! Ingredients: 3 x Pineapple rings 2 limes halved 2 oz Desert Door Original Texas Sotol 0.50 oz agave nectar Chili Lime Salt Directions: - Light your Nomad Grill to high heat. Add lime halves and pineapple rings to the grill and close it to infuse with smoke. - Flip once and cook until charred. - Set aside to cool for 5 minutes - Rim a low ball glass with lime half then chili lime salt. - Muddle pineapple in a shaker. Squeeze 3 lime halves into a shaker and add Desert Door, agave nectar and ice. Shake vigorously. - Strain the cocktail into glass over fresh ice.
