Ask me what lightening tastes like... I was shocked by a tendril from this storm during the June 1st chase near Jal, Texas, the bolt shattering my camera filter (2nd image). Albeit mild, the charge lingered throughout my body. The power of nature is raw, and witnessing this moment was equally awe inspiring and humbling.
