The first time I had this shao bing was in Taiwan with my family and that was the best breakfast during the whole trip. It's served warm either stuffed or as-is along with slightly sweetened soy milk. Now, you can make this in your own kitchen too.🙌🏼😋

Cooking notes
- I highly recommend that you weigh the ingredients for the dough
- You don't need to proof until double its original size. It took about 30-35 minutes to proof (1.5X) depending on the weather.
- I got my green onions from Aldi, it's one whole bag, about 5.5oz - about 10 stalks.
