This year I wanted to give a little something to the most important people in my life while sticking to my budget so my mom and I made a bunch of what I’m calling Twisted Peppermint Scrub (because it smells so much like the twisted peppermint scent that is so popular this time of year iykyk)! I use it too + it’s super hydrating and gentle! If you’re looking for an easy + affordable last minute gift...here’s the RECIPE: Twisted Peppermint Sugar Scrub // Peppermint Vanilla (makes 16oz) 🎄1 1/3 cups cold-pressed extra virgin coconut oil 🎄3/4 - 1 cup granulated sugar 🎄2 tbsp sweet almond oil 🎄2 tbsp unscented castille soap 🎄20 drops YL peppermint essential oil 🎄15 drops YL vanilla oleoresin 🎄1 tbsp pure vanilla extract 🎄fine crushed up candy cane (for color) note: the coconut oil I used had a strong coconut scent so I ended up using more essential oil to get the desired scent. the recipe is super customizable so feel free to adjust if needed!
