sometimes i feel really uninspired. i have had days where i show up feeling empty... like i have nothing to teach... and definitely no wisdom to share. a huge part of it is also my desire to always teach with a lot of depth which sometimes translates to being really serious... well... being serious all the time can be boring. i realized i had been missing out on a lot of my joy and a lot of play. this practice is one of play.... and to remind myself of that @jeremy_zerbe, @devonwuson, and i started to spice things up right before my classes... they give me some random words that i need to intuitively and with improvisation add into my teaching. here’s a taste of some of our recent words that made their appearance in the teaching 😅 1. succulent 2. abracadabra 3. revolution here’s to getting re-inspired in joyful and creative ways 💫 i’m teaching two classes digitally this week 🌀wednesday 7am yoga and 8am breathe feel free to send over a word and i’ll try to sprinkle it in x
