Our Pineapple Tommy’s are layered with spice, but you probably wouldn’t call it ‘spicy’ per se. First, we infuse tequila with jalapeño. Then there’s black pepper bitters, bringing a warmth to offset the sweet pineapple and sour lime, and Tajin around the rim for a final kick.
