Summer Reading Alert! A spectacular visit to the oldest library in Europe. The Angelica Library, which opened in 1604, has about 180,000 manuscripts and 1,100 incunabula, which formerly belonged to the Augustinians with some dating back to 800 AD. Love the little valances on each bookshelf, too.
