First couple weeks back, full consistency thanks to the best @tymiere_griffin 🐐 Exercises I’ve been doing to tone, grow booty/Glutes • Straight leg cable kick backs 20,15,15 High box jump / jump squat 8x3 Sissy Squat machine with forced eccentric 3 sets of 20 Barbell back squat 4 sets increasing weight each time Leg extension super set with jump squats 20 LE / 20 JS Mid row variation 3 sets of 15 Elevated Reverse lunge to weighted jump squat 8 each leg 3 sets Pass through variation (core) 3 sets of 20 Step up to double straight leg kick back 3 sets of AMRAP increasing weight each set Side raise 4 sets increasing weight each time Box Jump 3 of 10 Ab wheel rollouts 3 sets of 12 If you want to invest in yourself I’d 100% recommend my trainer. For my ladies especially it’s super hard to find a TRAINER lol IFYKYK ive been training with Ty for over 6 months now, he has literally helped me achieve my EXACT body goals, I’ve always loved being tiny but I wanted just a little booty lift and super toned abs but not ABS you know? And everything is filling out so nicely idk how he does it but I’m trying to take notes 😂 anywayyy highly recommend getting a trainer, it’s almost like if you have body goals you need a trainer because doing it on your own, you might be working out areas that are achieving not what you want (from personal experience this was me 😂) I was in the gym everyday but what I wanted wasn’t happening until Ty 🤝🥹
