🌟Do what feels right for you, but it’s important to remember that grey hair is a normal part of ageing. We shouldn’t feel pressured into dyeing our hair to be accepted or be ‘let go’ because we won’t. My experience of silver hair has been incredibly liberating. In my 4 years of being dye free I’ve enjoyed the freedom from society’s youth-focused standards. Gone is the fear of being found out - of someone thinking that I am ‘old’ or treating me differently because my hair is silver. No more. I’m 55. I’m proud to have silver hair and thankful to be here.
