Seeing so much representation at this years @manchesterpride was a beautiful sight to see. I shared the stage with incredible queer artists that I respect and celebrate. With that said, Pride is just a weekend, but our lives continue. Those who have the means of creating stages such as Pride have a responsibility to keep that up so to not only use us when it matters. Our community comes together during Pride, and that community spirit should shine all year long. So remember that if you were screaming and cheering for us at Pride, show your support and celebrate us all year round. We all have the capacity to support each other, and if we all do it together, the lighter it will be on all of us.
