#transdayofvisibility bc literally everyone is trans or tryna give trans vibes. 

the trans people in my life feel like angels from the future, floating into this moment to light a way towards a world where we are all a little more free... free to be just as we are in our fleshy, imperfect bodies -- to dance, to grieve, to touch ourselves and each other, to pleasure in the sensory world, to wiggle around and to be dissatisfied. 

I cant imagine how different my life would have been had I seen a single person like me growing up. if there had been anyone, or even a movie that existed where they talked about a lil “short king” “softie” “transboi” ... I cannot even IMAGINE ...

what else could I have discovered if I hadn’t spent all this time discovering me. Obviously i dont regret a minute of it, but I hope that like the queer elders who paved the way for me, this work of self reflection allows the next gen of trans kids to imagine beyond self actualization and towards collective actualization.

I dunno what to do about all these crazy ass policies, but we have to do something, because we’re gonna lose out ...let’s not silence those kids before they even have a chance to reveal themselves as tiny angels
