Last year I was fasting a lot, some stuff happened, I had a school project in Ghana stolen from me, we are going to restart with better people, my close friend died, I thought I could fast it away, I didn’t eat for quite a bit, now I’m eating one meal a day again and fruits in the am, training everyday or every other day, I wana fight again next year. So I’ve gained 20lb, I’m back at fighting weight, don’t worry about your gyal, I’m not going to steal her, I’m just chatting sh*t 😂😂 probably going to abstain for a large part of next year when I fight anyway, also I already have love ❤️ but don’t skip the workouts and eating right brothers.
