Here’s the cleanest way to CUT your tall decorative cakes to get the MOST SLICES PER CAKE with the least amount of waste. ⁣ ⁣ Cut your first slice 1 to 1 1/2 inches from the edge end to end and lay it on a cutting board. Cut that same slice lengthwise into fours for adult servings. For kids servings, cut the four slices in half again. Repeat on the opposite edge until all servings are cut.
