LISTEN UP! There’s nothing wrong with the iron-ons, guys, don’t panic. But we developed Hot Dang as a home craft - so you don’t need a professional heat press - and some of the sheets from this Summer were SO easy to peel after ironing, you may have thought your Dangs were fully danged when they needed more time/heat/pressure. And in that case they may not hold up as well in the dryer. It can happen to anyone! What we don’t want is for you to have a bad experience with our product and think to yourself “it was too good to be true.” It’s not!!! We want you to try again. Our Dangs are the same great quality as they’ve always been when adhered properly, and this time you’re gonna do GREAT. We believe in you. Believe in us!! If you purchased Hot Dang after June 1st and you had issues with your durability, email us at [email protected] and we’ll replace it! We are not lawyers even though we can totally see why you’d think that but please stop asking us for legal advice we mostly just do crafts and art and stuff thank you.
