I have a mild obsession with loons. There are a few loon families who live on the lake, and they typically travel in packs of four: two parents, two babies. I mostly see them at sunset, when I'm out on the water with my family, and they're doing the same thing. The tiny island out in front of our house happens to be called Loon Island. ⁣ ⁣ So, imagine my surprise when my friends showed up for a weekend visit with a 6' x 7' inflatable loon float. How perfectly thoughtful and amazing is this?! It's one of my favorite gifts I've ever received.
