I learned big time in 2025 that changing my health wasn’t about more “clean eating” or stricter routines.
It was about healing my nervous system. 2025 asked a lot of me — and my body made it clear it was carrying more than it could.
When your nervous system is stuck in overdrive, symptoms don’t just show up in your mind… they show up in your skin, your digestion, your sleep, your cravings, your energy.

That’s why I created Rituals Over Rules — a grounded 7-day challenge designed to help you regulate your nervous system, rebuild trust with yourself and food, and create rituals that actually support the life you’re living.
Not a intense detox or a “quick fix” (we have enough of those going around in Jan).
Just nourishment, safety, and coming back home to your body that you can easily carry forward into your life past the 7 days.
