Weekend getaway date in San Diego! ☀️ @hiltonbayfront views, island vibes, and a rum floater that got me good! Don’t you love that blissed away feel, when really it’s just an hour away drive?! Some highlights: ▫️Loved waking up to our beautiful bay/city room view. ▫️Prettiest sunset and fireworks over dinner at their new Hudson & Nash bayfront restaurant. ▫️Their Pool Club here is giving me island vibes. Nice lounge spots + a heated pool and a kids wading pool. ▫️Strawberry Pina Colada with a rum floater was my fave. Heavy pours had me feeling good with my first drink ha! ▫️Comp’d bike or kayak rental good to use anytime. ▫️Walking distance to new The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park, Gaslamp Quarter, and a bridge walk over to Petco Park. It was so nice to getaway for a few days! We almost didn’t go. But so glad we made it work. Gotta make that time to enjoy some us time (and some work too 😅 but it def felt like a break though without the kids)!
