Living life vicariously through my own eyes. ——— I told my folks back in middle school that I wanted to be a professional musician. They encouraged me every step of the way, letting me bang drums in the house while they calmly went on w/ life. My brother would spend hours w/ me on Saturdays teaching me restraint on the kit and how to master the tempo. And as a 3 year old, my cousin would let me sit behind him on Sundays to watch him play as I tried to mimic every move. And now as of two days ago I’ve moved to Nasheville to pursue this music thing, joining @joyoladokun’s team as their drummer. I’m thankful for everyone who has helped me on this journey.
