Stir-fry bok choy😋 is one of the easiest and most delicious meals to add to your daily routine. For me, I like to stir-fry my veggies when the weather is colder with a bit of ginger and blanch my veggies and top them with sauce in the summer. This method is perfect for any leafy greens with tougher stems. ⁣ - For larger leafy greens like choy sum (yuchoy) - I like to break them with hand instead of chopping. My mom and grandma always say it tastes better with hand torn. :) ⁣ - Sauce is as simple as vegan oyster sauce or salt. If using salt, you'll 'melt' the salt in the oil first, then toss with the blanched veggies. I like to add a pinch of sugar or mushrooms seasoning to balance the taste.⁣ ⁣ Have a good Thursday!
